Cranberry, Chocolate & Coconut Flapjacks 😍😋

These cranberry, chocolate and coconut flapjacks are so delicious 🤩😊 They are so simple to make and so healthy for you. Packed full of flavour and protein and are much better than those processed shop bought ones! A healthy and guilt free treat that you can enjoy for breakfast or anytime you want 😉

Ingredients:

-400g oats
-4tbsp peanut butter
-Small handful chocolate chips (we used white and dark)
-Small handful dried cranberries
-2tbsp honey
-2tbsp desiccated coconut
-2tsp cinnamon
-50ml almond milk (add a splash more if mix is too dry).

Method:

1. Mix everything together then press down firmly and evenly into a baking dish lined with greaseproof paper.

2. Bake for 15 minutes at 160 degrees and then enjoy! 😋
