Cancellation, returns and refunds
We strive to deliver our order to you in perfect condition, however if your order arrives damaged or faulty, then we always want to know about it as this may be due to the couriers. Please contact our customer services team on hello@cyraeon.com if purchased through our website or Amazon if purchased through their website.
We retain the right to request a return of any faulty goods by recorded delivery and proof of pictures on the products and their damages before they are sent back to us for inspection. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods. If a refund is agreed then we will refund money using the same method used to make the payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
