Cranberry, Chocolate & Coconut Flapjacks ๐๐
These cranberry, chocolate and coconut flapjacks are so delicious ๐คฉ๐ They are so simple to make and so healthy for you. Packed full of flavour and protein and are much better than those processed shop bought ones!ย A healthy and guilt free treat that you can enjoy for breakfast or anytime you want ๐
Ingredients:
-400g oats
-4tbsp peanut butter
-Small handful chocolate chips (we used white and dark)
-Small handful dried cranberries
-2tbsp honey
-2tbsp desiccated coconut
-2tsp cinnamon
-50ml almond milk (add a splash more if mix is too dry).
Method:
1. Mix everything together then press down firmly and evenly into a baking dish lined with greaseproof paper.
2. Bake for 15 minutes at 160 degrees and then enjoy! ๐
