Homemade Granola 🌾🍒🥥

Making your own granola is so simple and you can customise it to your taste so it's very versatile! The freshness and crispiness is so tasty and we always prefer to make our own rather than buying those powdery store bought ones! Give our recipe a try...😋🤗

Ingredients:

-300g rolled oats
-50g sunflower seeds
-50g pumpkin seeds
-2 tbsp olive oil
-12ml honey
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-100g almonds
-100g dried cranberries (you can use any dried berries you like)
-50g coconut flakes or desiccated coconut

Method:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 150C/fan 130C/gas mark 2. Start off by adding the oil, honey and vanilla in a large bowl. Then add in the remaining ingredients, except for the dried fruit and coconut, and mix well until everything is combined.

2. Next place the granola onto two baking trays and spread evenly. Bake in the oven for 15 mins, then remove from the oven and mix in the coconut, dried fruit and bake for a further 10-15 mins.

3. Once golden brown and a little crispy, remove and scrape onto a flat tray to cool. Serve on top of your smoothie bowls, enjoy like cereal with cold milk or even enjoy with yogurt.

This granola can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks 😉
