Jalapeño Hummus🌶🔥
Prep Time: 2 minutes. Blend Time: 1 minute. Serves: 4.
We know it's hot outside but that doesn't stop us putting a little extra spice into our food. This recipe is a cool hummus dip with a little kick and citrus edge that's just phenomenal 😋👌
To make it simply blend together:
- 2 cans of chickpeas (drained)
- A small handful of jalapeños
- 4 garlic gloves
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp grounded black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Garnish with:
- More jalapeños
- Paprika
- Olive oil
This recipe is for 4 servings but you can half the recipe to make enough for 2 but we had to make extra because it's just sooooo tasty 😉
Enjoy with toasted pitta for a light lunch 😋
