Kidney Bean & Sweetcorn Wraps 🌶🌽

A 10 minute dish for those with busy days but still want a hot fresh lunch 😉 Sometimes when you're busy you end up having quick lunches such as sandwiches but these can lack certain nutrients and protein so lunches like this can have a bit of everything that you need, to make sure you're feeling full and are getting the right energy from your foods. Tasty and healthy so why not give it a try?
- 1 pack of wraps
- 1 jar of salsa
- 1 chopped red onion
- 1 tin of sweetcorn
- 1 tin of kidney beans
- Grated cheese
1. Start off by adding a jar of salsa to a large bowl, add in one chopped red onion, a tin of sweetcorn and a tin of kidney beans. Then mix together.
2. Add 1 tbsp of oil on a large saucepan and keep on a low heat.
3. Next get a wrap and spread on the mixture then sprinkle on some grated cheese and roll up, cut in half and place on the frying pan. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
