Sangria is delicious fruity drink that originates from Spain made using red wine and every summer we love to make it as it reminds us of when we were there having a glass of Sangria with Paella 🥘

This is a little Sangria we made over the weekend…Definitely be nice to have some more of this later on this evening as it is one of the hottest days of the year so far and this is so tasty and refreshing! See our recipe below:

Makes 1 litre
- 500ml red wine (we used Hardys)
- 25ml Brandy
- 25ml Gin
- 25ml vermouth
- 300ml chilled lemonade
- 120g sugar
- 2 oranges, peeled, deseeded and chopped in small pieces
- 1 lemon peeled, deseeded and chopped in small pieces
- 2 pink lady apples, chopped into pieces
- Handful of cherries
- 10 ice cubes cubes plus extra for serving
1. Firstly add the red wine, brandy, gin, vermouth, lemonade, sugar and ice cubes into blender and blitz for approx 30 seconds.
2. Then add in the cherries, apples, oranges and lemon and stir. Pour into your desired glasses and serve with more ice if needed!
3. Finally enjoy in the garden with friends or family ❤️
Sip back and relax...can you think or a reason wine not? 😉😍
